At My Blackout, we want you to enjoy a perfect night's sleep; if you are not completely satisfied with your portable blackout blind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the blackout blind and all suction accessories back into the original travel bag and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned blind, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
